Leadership Perceptions Survey (LPS)

Contest Directions

There are three steps to complete the survey:
(1) Carefully observe the animated sequence above,
(2) reflect on the figures and animated sequences presented and how these relate to leadership,
(3) write a 300-600 word essay on your own interpretations and insights on your observations and interpretations.

Essays will be evaluated on 4 criteria:
(1) insightful understandings and links to leadership,
(2) creative interpretations,
(3) degree of practicality and usefulness as applied in the work place, and
(4) quality of composition and writing style.

The winning essay will be published in Leadership Mentor Newsletter and featured on our “News” section of the ILGE website.
