ILGE’s Research Division conducts traditional and eclectic research studies, presents case studies, and publishes findings and results through articles, papers, and special reports. ILGE emphasizes an interdisciplinary and applied approach to its research studies. It fosters studies that take into consideration international, ethical, and leadership dimensions of topics pursued.
Studies in the past have focused on diverse topics such leadership, performance enhancement, team building, work stress, identity as a manager, management ethics, whistle-blowing, human resource management, organization development, strategic management, organizational culture, training and development, health and wellness, employee responsibilities and rights, educational leadership, and terrorism |
