1. How will your PQ-21 Executive Education Diploma Programs help improve success of employees in their jobs?

ILGE’s PQ-21 Executive Education Diploma Programs are conducted at the post-graduate level and qualify for transfer to graduate level or doctoral level, at accredited  US University degree programs. 13. Does receiving a Diploma from ILGE require extra work in addition to just attending the programs?

Yes. To receive a Diploma of Acquired Competencies you must complete the full set of Programs (12-days for the Senior Level Executive Program and 16-days for the  Excellence in Leadership Diploma Program). You will also complete an approved special project assignment that requires completing a “problem-solving” or “change management”  project related to your organization or studying a special topic in Leadership. Those that just attend the regular sessions or who do not complete the full set of Programs will receive a Certificate of Acquired Competencies, which demonstrates mastery of a select number of competencies presented in each part of the Program.
