A multi-level, diverse learning methodology and strategy make these programs  challenging, engaging, and stimulating. They are hands-on, practical, and highly participatory. Participants take a full set of the best assessments and inventories available including ILGE's new 21st century versions to help stimulate understanding and change-strategies directed at improving performance at individual, team, and organization-wide levels. The original curriculum was developed by Dr. John Keenan, ILGE’s Founder and President, when he was Associate Professor and Founding Director of Leadership Programs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. They have  been continuously revised, updated, and expanded via ongoing global leadership studies conducted by ILGE. These programs qualify for transference to US University accredited Doctoral, Master’s, and undergraduate level Degree Programs.

2. PQ-21 Strategic Implementation Model (SIM).  This is a focused, accelerated and high impact process that will transform your company culture, systems, and operations to peak performance levels so you attain top rank and position in your line of business. This process integrates the knowledge, skills, and competencies acquired through our Executive Education Programs into practical, day-to-day improvements in how the organization’s performance accelerates to new levels. The process fully engages all employees from the top through the middle, and lower levels to ensure an impact on bottom line results and performance outcomes.

3. PQ-21 Performance Coaching (PC). This process engages leaders and their teams to ensure there is a sustained, long term transformation at individual and team levels over time. Sessions focus on sustaining the Company’s drive to higher, and higher levels of performance. This involves assessments, benchmarking, and confidential coaching sessions that integrates with the Executive Education Programs and SIM.
