    "To put minds, hearts and souls back into the workplace."

ILGE's vision is to focus on developing strategies and working to improve the workplace for today's human beings. We  so that minds, hearts, and souls can find fulfillment, meaning, and purpose in what they do,  regardless of profession, business context, or organizational situation.  We spend much of our lives in the workplace, and if it iss characterized by toxicity, fear, diesengagement, and negativity, tremendous harm and damage is being done to those lviing within those conditions.  Our vision is to develop strategies, and methods to counteract the reality that too often, people are  asked to leave their  minds, hearts, and souls at the door. 

To work and to love - those are the two critical issues Sigmund Freud stated on his deathbed on his conclusions about human nature after a lifetime reflecting and work on that. Our human nature is fulfilled when we can find meaning, purpose, and fulfillment of our potential within the work we do as Viktor Frankl, noted Psychiatrist and survivor of the German deathcamps, noted as well.   It seems that in the popular mind, fulfillment has been reduced to "having a job" and that the understanding that unless we find work that is fulfilling and serving of our higher needs, we are relegated to being an "employee"  rather than something of a more important nature.  In today's work environment , "work" is  more often than not seen as more as a  "means to an end", rather than an ënd"in itself. We thus find ourselves being subjugated in ways that inherently cause systemic damage to our nature.   We spend most of our lives in the workplace, so inevitably the nature and quality of that workplace  has major impacts on the rest of our lives. ILGE's vision is to place our work environment at the forefront of our priorities in ensuring that we optimize in any way possible how we can structure it to conform to our highest, rather our lowest base nature.

We at ILGE are committed to helping leaders and others  transform their workplaces so that it is conducive to drawing out the best qualities and talents of its people. To accomplish that, we work to see that  today's leaders have a means to acquire the best knowledge, skills, and competencies to help with this effort.  We work with leaders and others in order to help them  reach a "new level of thinking" as Albert Einstein suggested as a key task for us to engage in real change. and transformation of our organizations and their workplace.  ILGE's programs and services are focused on helping achieve that goal via means and methodologies that focus on heloing today's leaders, and those aspiring to leadership roles,  to function more effectively in helping making that transformation take hold in our diverse work environments and organizational settings.That involves getting inside the  "heads" of attendees, and working towards a true transformation of "mind set and thinking", then helping develop and refine the "skills", and the longer term development of the "competencies" suited to the success in the 21st century global village we are all moving towards.
