It also consists of three(3) challenging workshops designed specially for executives anad managers. The workshops provide powerful training that are intensive immersion experiences proven to help attendees to become successful leaders of change with confidence and success. This includes developing individual action plans and project team assignments for applications back on the job. You will develop the competencies required to work with uncertainty, build an organization based on creativity and innovation, and implement strategies for sustained, long term performance at top levels of your bussiness or industry.
