This practical hands-on workshop provides an exposure to the concepts of high performance leadership, the nature and profile of a healthy organization and culture, and how to effectively uplift perconal performance at all levels throughout the organization. LS030:Transformational Leadership and Change. This dynamic and challenging workshop focuses on the critical strategic executive leadership skills required for encouraging and sustaining positive organizational change. The focus will be on how to foster a culture of quality and excellence resulting in more critical breakthrough thinking, energy and motivation, and sustained productivity of individuals and teams. Note: Transfers LS010, LS020, LS030 equivalent to 9 units of NSU-FSEHS Doctoral Program. The Excellence in Leadership Diploma Program (Middle Level) Executives and managers face the toughest job in that they are continually pressured by those above, belo, and outside. LM030: Leading and Empowering High Performing Groups and Teams. This is a hands-on workshop where you wil learn the latest principles, techniques and skills proven to be essential ingredients for building high-performing groups and teams. LM040: Strategic Leadership: Planning and Change. This workshop is dynamic and challenging which focuses on how to foster a culture of quality and excellence resulting in sustained productivity and motivation levels of individuals and teams. Note: Transfers LM010 and LM040 equivalent to 6 units NSU-FSEHS MS Leadership Degree Program The Foundations of Leadership Boot Camp (Frontline Level) An organization's success or failure depends on those on the front-lines, those who can make or break it for the organization based on their ability t understand, motivate, and engage the staff and employees looking for direction. The Foundation's of Leadership Boot Camp includes four(4) challenging workshops designed specifically forn front-line supervisors or managers as well as accomplished technical professional who have been promoted to a leadership or supervisory role. The workshops provide powerful training in that they are intensive immersion experience proven to help attendees move from technical to managerial-leadership roles with confifence and success. Each workshop is -four(4) days in duration -Customizable and -Can be conducted in your organization or in a retreat setting. LF010: Leading and Working with People. This workshop emphasizes that to successfully lead a work group, it is essential that you be aware of your responsibilities as part of the management team, understand the principles of effective leadership, and know what factors motivate people in the workplace. This includes practical information and exercises designed to increase your skills in providing outstanding leadership for the people in your work group. LF020: Mastering Leadership Supervisory Skills. This workshop helps you become skilled in the "nuts and bolts" of leadership, management, supervision, delegation, performance management and problem solving. LF030: Managerial Leadership Effectiveness. This workshop emphasizes that as a manager, supervisor or team leader, you are responsible for developing a competent, committed team. Also, you must confidently lead ongoing change. LF040: Improving Communication Skills. This workshop builds from the fact that the most successful managers are excellent communicators. At this workshop, you develop insight into your own and other's communication styles, practical listening, speaking and meeting skills, and develop skills to resolve conflict.
