This post graduate level diploma program is designed for professionals at non-managerial levels with the goal of providing new knowledge, skills and competencies for effectively interacting with others in the context of work environments. The program will include developing individual action plans and project team assignments for applications back on the job. A primary objective of this program is to provide attendees with practical skills and techniques that will enhance their performance at the work place. There are four(4) workshops namely - HC010 Professional Development and Growth: Mastering Your EQ. This workshop helps develop emotional intelligence through various exercises and approaches that will increase self-awareness, ability to manage emotions, and ability to engerder self-motivation. HC020 Communicating and Working More Effectively with People. This workshop is practical and hands-on that provides you with an opportunity to assess yourself on key communication and interpersonal relations areas and build your skills through various exercises and simulations. HC030 High Performing Teams. This dynamic and challenging workshop will provide you learning the latest principles, techniques and skills proven to be essential ingredients for building and empowering high-performing groups and teams. HC040 Decision Making and Problem Solving. This interactive workshop presents a decision making problem solving model which you will learn to apply to an acutal work-related problem. Program Certification:All programs are certified by the Institute for Leadership and Global Education(ILGE) for post-graduate-level program content and by faculty qualified to present at Post Graduate University-level standards. All program attendees completing full requirements of the program will receive a Certificate of Acquired Competencies in each program area. In conformity with the guidelines established by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training, these programs are authorized for Continuing Education Units(CEUs) and are recognized by vairous professional associations for meeting professional education yearly requirements. CEUs are awarded only on satisfatory completion of program requirements with 1.0 CEU unit awarded for every 10. 0 hours of instruction.
