ILGE has contributed to needs of organizations across the globe in varied capacities. With its base of  top faculty and expert knowledge-people, this institution of higher education focuses on bringing practical improvements into place regardless of country or organizational nature. Here are some examples:


BHP Billiton – Trinidad-Tobago. Design and deliver “Improving Communication Skills”, part of the Foundations of Leadership Boot Camp, for Team Leaders and Professional Staff. This included a pre-program assessment and analysis, delivery of program, and post-program summary report detailing strategies for transference of program learnings to workplace as well as organizational strategies to improve communications at the Company level. There was an average gain of 27% in development of skills and competencies over length of the two-day program.


MAF-DALKIA – Dubai.   Designed and in process of delivering  executive level “Performance Coaching” to support executives and their teams to reach high performance levels suited to challenging work assignments. The three phase process has improved performance of executives and teams to better meet customer needs.


Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority (DAFZA).  Designed and in process of delivering a Senior Level Executive Certificate Program for DAFZA’s Directors. This 12-15 day program is focused on facilitating change in mind-sets and skill competency levels to facilitate new initiatives for the organization. ILGE will also be designing and developing a customized Performance Management and Enhancement Process to facilitate upgrading of DAFZA’s performance management system. The program also featured follow-up executive coaching to reinforce program learnings for on-the-job performance improvements.


Singapore Ministry of Education. Designed and delivered an innovative Senior Faculty Leadership Development Program” for the Singapore Ministry of Education. This 20-day program focused on facilitating change in mind-sets and skill competency levels for 23 Senior Faculty within the Singapore Education System. The program goals included facilitating the success of new initiatives involving faculty and schools within their education systems.


Trinidad-Tobago Ministry of Education. Designed and conducted a Manpower Planning training program for the Trinidad-Tobago Ministry of Education. This 6-month long project involved evaluating the current structure and characteristics of Manpower Planning within the MOE as well as the entire system of schools and related support divisions. The project also involved developing a special training program to facilitate the revamping of that system to meet current efforts with respect to their 2020 modernization efforts for education systems in the country.


Trinidad-Tobago Ministry of Education.  Designed and led an innovative three-part “Professional  Development Program in Strategic Leadership, Leadership Development, Decision Making and Problem Solving, and Conflict Resolution” for the Ministry of Education, Trinidad-Tobago. This 42-day program focused on facilitating change in mind-sets and skill competency levels for 90 principals, vice principals, deans, and department heads in the Secondary School System in order to provide top level support for modernization and change efforts. ILGE  winning bid over University of West Indies – Trinidad and IBM in international competition.


The Healthy Community Alliance and the Southern Tier Health Care System (State of New York).  Designed and led an innovative two-part “Rural Leadership Development Program” sponsored by The Healthy Community Alliance and the Southern Tier Health Care System, Western New York This multi-year community intervention program included: assessments, multi-part leadership programs, community project team work. Project involved community leaders throughout rural Western New York State.


State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation.  Designed and led a Leadership and Organizational Development Program for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.  This internationally acclaimed three-part training program and strategic organizational development intervention impacted more than 275 executives and managers. Program included design and development of a 360 degree assessment instrument, other diverse assessments, benchmarking, training programs, and other strategic  interventions.  Longitudinal studies were conducted and published documenting the impacts of 360 degree assessment, training programs, and impact on leader behaviors.


Sammons Financial Holdings . Designed and presented a Transformational Leadership Program for  Sammons Financial Holdings to support an ongoing Merger and Organizational Development strategic intervention..  This multi-year training program and strategic Organizational Development intervention impacted senior level and middle level executives from two firms being merged. Program included assessments, benchmarking, training programs, and other strategic  interventions.


Credit Union National Association (CUNA).  Developed, designed, and led a cooperative and jointly sponsored three-year executive-level program for a national association which included assessments, research-based reports, between-year projects implementing program insights targeting individual and organizational improvements.


M & I Data Services, Inc.  Designed and presented a two-year  Management Development Program for the executives and managers for one of the U.S.’s top financial services firms. 


Oasis Hospital of Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. Assessed organization human resource base and presented results with recommendations at  Annual  Strategic Planning Retreat for the Board of Hospital.  Subsequent actions resulted in award of multi-million dollar grant to hospital.


Delaware State University (USA). Assessed School of Management and presented results and recommendations at 2005 Annual Team Building and Leadership Retreat. Program included varied team building exercises and set base-line for faculty and staff to initiate new approaches to facilitate ongoing improvements in the year ahead.


Hilton Arabian Peninsula General Managers 2005 Retreat (Dubai, UAE). Presented a special “Leadership EQ” program for the GM’s from across Arabian Peninsula and Asia. Focus was on improving the appreciation of developing strong skills in the EQ aspects of leadership roles of executives and managers in varied Hiltons.


Trinidad Hilton Hotel and Conference Center. Presented a series of leadership development programs in 2004 to support development needs of the executive team, managers – supervisors, and professional staff. Focus was on team building, leadership, and managing change.
